IN LOVE NO MORE
By Irish Jade Y. Vidal, 11 — MCGRAWHILL

Can we meet?
Under the bridge?
Let’s walk to our favorite coffee shop
And order a coffee as strong as this feeling
Let’s sit at our favorite spot
And look through the window
Let’s watch the people walking to their destinations
Are they experiencing what we are experiencing right now?
This situation of broken hearts but with a drop of joy?
Because finally, our hardship has ended
We are in love no more

We looked at each other’s eyes
And we have known instantly
That our love has been blown by the wind
To the depths of the ocean
To the corners of this world
To the far away lands
Leaving no trace for us to retrace
Only the memories remain
Which will not make us any good
Because memories make us regret
Yes, it was over

We are in love no more.
